Just glue the skirts on the car.. Many OEM's use nothing more then 3M double sided sticky tape to mount body panels like skirts these days.

I use the 3m vhb for shower door vinyl. It's strong stuff, prep with alcohol and keep your fingerprints off the sticky sidesProbe out for Harambe
