                  Probably the same reason why all of people wont do that. Everyone downs the probe but yet has one or wants one and dont want to spend the money that its worth with the amount of stuff is done to it.

                                There is a reason why it's 1300 bucks. It looks like it could be a mess from a legal perspective. I always look for cars with a clean title. No title (or a dirty one) then I don't give it a second thought.
