no it does not run the guy said the timing belt slipped off and the waterpump needs to be replaced. So you really wont know how the engine is untill you put it back together or atleast put the timing belt on to check compression. Well i took a look at the car today and he said the lowest he wants to go is 500. But it needs more like the timing belt pulleys are bad, needs to front fenders which he stated all the body work is fixed which it is not lol, Looks like a junyard motor with yellow writing on the intake manifold.
