June or July Vote-Off!!

The Poll will be closed at midnight on the 9th of March. That should give everyone sufficient time to plan for either June or July.

Ok, so here it is. The vote-off between June and July.

Here are the dates that we could have the event:

June 7, 8 & 9:

Autox practice Friday the 7th, noon-dusk
Drag racing Friday the 7th, night 6-11pm
Autox event Saturday the 8th
Autox event Sunday the 9th


July 12, 13 & 14:

Drag racing Friday night the 12th, 6-11pm
Autox practice Saturday the 13th
Autox event Sunday the 14th


Pro's and Con's as I see them.


June: Good because people could get two autox events in that weekend. One on Sat. and another on Sun. It could be bad because again, of the possible overlap Friday of autoxing and drag racing.

July: Good because there is no overlap. Drags Friday night, autox practice Saturday with the event on Sunday. Only downfall I see is it may be kinda warm.

I voted for June because it's sooner, and I don't want it too close to CAPOC in August...

Some people can't go in June and some can't go in July. Since I can go to either, I'm not voting. I think those of us that don't have a preference shouldn't vote.

I was thinking the same thing. It doesn't really matter to me so I haven't voted in either poll.

It's just sucks that some people won't be able to go, but it's understandable. Ya can't schedule something without it conflicting with somebody's life some how.
