All of you who are considering buying plane tickets to MM, it might be a good idea to wait 2-3 weeks. There was a story on the news tonight that said several major airlines are expected to declare bankruptcy shortly, the high gas prices seem to have put them over the edge. Tickets may come down a bit after that, assuming the companies stay in business. Just a heads up

if you do get your tickets now, do NOT get them through Delta. From Cincinnati to Myrtle round trip was over 1085 bucks a PERSON! I went to United Airlines and theirs were only 585 roundtrip.

Dan, I just checked delta, i can get a round trip from detroit to myrtle beach, flying friday, and returning monday for 300 dollars, and that includes stopping in Cincinatti

or I can get a ticket from US Airways for the perfect flight times on friday, and monday, for 242 dollars.
