Tennessee is a nice state but I have traveled all through it if your car sits to low or is to modified I know you would be hassled by the law .. if its to loud also those with out of state plates are just looking for some pain.. I have not been to a meet but Atlantic city Nj would be a good place lots to do there... I am very close I can looking to ideas here. I am flapoc owner but I am still on business up in NYC .... besides I might be able to get some tv coverage up here if I begged well.....

actually tennesse has no inspection or emissions,you can ride down the street with neons in and under your car and the cops won't do a thing.no emmisions,so exhaust is no problem.pigeon forge meet would be awesome.it does get very crowded on the parkway this time of year though,so anyone with cooling issuses should take that into consideration.theirs a airport,racetrack,awesome mountain roads,plenty of accomidations for stay over,plenty to do down here.

WISPOC's Road America meet might fill the role nicely.

I, along with a few other WISPOC'ers would be willing to organize it to handle out-of-town porbe owners if there is enough interest.

I would most likely choose to keep most of the events in the Milwaukee area so you guys would have access to hotels, restaurants and "a nightlife atmosphere" and just have the group drive (45min drive) up to RA on the day of the race.
