My Probe burnt last night

      That decision should be a no-brainer since you are also wanting to turbo a PGT. It will give you some good experience in doing yours. If I were in your shoes -I would jump all over it!

      P.S. Whatever the problem was (if not vandalism) -it had to be non-fused power. If it were on the fuse side of things -it likely would not have gone nuclear.

        I heard its a real pain trying to turbo a non turbo stealth or 3000gt, but oh well I don't mind a challenge and experience.
        Hopefully I can talk to this guy tonight and work something out.

        Thanks for the tip about the fuses too.

          Sorry to hear about your car and one question i have for you and everyone that has experienced a car fire!
          Did you guys have the Charcoal Canister hoses in place?

          Mine almost caught on fire twice because i dont have that can anymore and the hose was just hanging in the bay (didnt pay attention to relocate it). It actually created a small flame out of nowhere but i was quick enough to just blow air and cut it. The first time it happened, i thought it was just fuel vapors as i had previously worked with the AFPR but this time the flame was coming exactly from the rubber hose that used to connect to the canister. Now i relocated the hose to the front bumper area, away from heat and spark, hopefully i wont get any surprises!
          Just wondering if that might be a cause besides someone doing it on purpose

            No I still had the canister in the engine bay and all the hoses where connected properly.

                Sorry to bring up the bad past but what was the outcome of the fire investigation?

                      This was from last october, i just was curious if they found out if it was arson, or if home owners covered the probe.
