Getting there, need to screw with the timing some, and install my probinator ecu. on to the brakes next. Few other odds and ends to get installed as well. its getting close though. I feel like most of the big stuff is out of the way at this point.

Still a lot of work to do to it before I'm happy but once i replace the master cyl I should be able to take it for a lap up and down the street.

This car is one of my favorite first gens! Good to see progress being done and soon it will be road worthy. Do you have any plans for performance after its all said and done?

Thanks! as of now, it has a 2.5" turbo back exhaust, manual boost controller, cone filter, awr poly mounts and probinator chipped ecu. Plans in the future are to upgrade the intercooler and piping and install my ssqv and a cam regrind. I think that will be it for a while till I upgrade the turbo.

Also modified my lotek pod down to 2 gauges, and mounted my hks turbo timer, still buttoning up wiring and neatening up under the dash, and cleaning up my interior some more.

It's been a few months, not much progress, bought a new daily driver and moved. Probe's interior is pretty much all buttoned up, its running well. Needs a new gas tank still. Picking up a wilwood bbk from a local guy soon so i will attack the rest of the bugs this winter and hope to have it on the road first thing in the spring.

I like the 89's. I came real close to buying an 89 when I was just a young "g" However a 5 year old car was a tall order for a freshman in college.

Things may be picking up this weekend i'll post updates as they come. Fiesta is a great car, not as fast as my blown svtf but much easier to drive, i'm sure my gt will be much faster once i'm done.
