My diet consists of: Grilled Chicken, Salmon or Talapia, Turkey and steam veggies such as: Broccoli, Green Beans and Carrots.
Supplements: Mega multivitamin, NO explode, and Kombuche Green Tea with apple cider vinegar.
Workout: 6 days a week and yes I have been training like this one and off for 25 years. Now I am taking it serious cause I have a 5 month son.
