    Transplant Received!

    Car is Reborn! I found a donor and performed the op. Now my 92 time machine is back on the road. Ill show you guys the pictures.

    got it all done and had to tear down for front main seal leak. drove it home and seen rear main started leaking too. So tore it down again to pull trans. Yay!

    Finally in a good way-



    So it has a 93 vr4 engine
    new axles
    clutch, tob, pp
    water pump
    timing belt and tensioner
    gaskets, seals
    plugs
    battery
    Egr delete
    vacuum reduction
    also nice new coilovers

    about it I think. Runs smooth as it can get. pulls hard. lil to loud w turbo back exhaust with no mufflers or cat.

      Thought you were gonna say you swapped in a 3.5L out if a diamante or something.....either way i love yoir car.....thank you for keeping these legends looking good!

        I'll get vids soon. I still have a gopro just need a mount for this car.

        Thanks Mike. More a restore than a mod build. I wish, it was the perfect time for it, but I didn't want to spend the money.
        You were right saying these are another headache, but keeping that in mind, I tried not to let this thing stress me even after all the bumps in the road.

            you know a friend and I were strolling thru the isles of a huge weekly car show out here with everything there from a Probes to Veyrons.......anyways the question was brought up, if money was no object, which car and what what you do.......and we both said this as we were walking by a lonely 3000gt. haha

                Stalling on vid till I have the clutch broke in. 200 miles to go. Then turning boost up from 9.5 to 13 or 14psi.
                And some more work... I need to remove the Intake manifold first and lower the spark gap.

                Even at 9.5psi it pulls hard thru the tall gears. Adding 60-70ish hp is gonna be sick.
