95se parts car 4 sell $500obo

just in case anybody is interested in the area, i've got a 95se that i am doin nothing with. it's all stock(with no radio). i just don't have the time or the money to fix it. i don't think it's worth fixing. the timing is off, the cv joints are bad, it runs hot, the body needs work, and the engine is starting to smoke. i think it's the piston rings. but it's a 5 speed with about 148000 miles on it i think. i don't remember the exact numbers. i'm tryn to sell it for parts in case anybody needs anything b4 i took it to the graveyard. you will have to come pick it up yourself. i hope this is any help to anybody.

Hey Guys

I’m ready to sell my coveted Probe. This car has been babied, the oil has been changed every 3k, Fresh Syncromesh in the tranny, it has never even seen redline by me. This car has been my life for the past 5 years. It is my first car, and is what I’ve learned everything about cars from. I love this thing to death, however it’s time to move on with my life. I’m in college, and this sits at my parents house all year, garaged and looking beautiful.

1993 Ford Probe
-195k on chassis
-3k miles on fresh ZE swap (ZE from Noyan)
-New Water Pump
-New thermostat
-New Radiator Hoses
-New Radiator Caps
-New Radiator
-New Timing Belt and Tensioners
-Clutch has 13k feels brand new
-CV Joints have 13k on them
-Rotors have 13k on them
-Pads have 10k on them
-All the wiring has been re-electrical taped
-Brand new battery and cables
-Carpet is 2 years old, seats are in great condition
Everything is almost new!

Now the good stuff:

Exterior
-Rio Red paint is about 2 years old, and has been garaged ever
since. It’s been washed and waxed religiously.
-5% Tint all around and 35% halfway down the windsheild
-CorkSport Lip- Custom LED lights/Turn Signals in the two holes
at the bottom
-FX Combat Sides
-Clear Sidemarkers
-17" RS Limited Valkyire Wheels with 215/45/17 Kumho 711s
(65% tread on the front, 55% on rear)
-Lowered on KYB struts and Sprint Springs (Rear has a coil cut
out)
-Altima Endlinks on rear sway

Performance
-KLZE engine with about 3k miles, not even that
-Probinator chip included, but not installed.
-Cold Air intake
-Custom 2.5 inch exhaust with 28" resonator and a Nopi Muffler

Interior
-Blue LEDs replaced ALL the stock lighting
-Blue LED Gauge Cluster
-Custom LED trunk lights
-Black with Red stitching shift boot
-Kenwood CD Player with all new Kenwood speakers
-Hardwired Radar Detector
-'95 Door Panels and will include 95 Dash not installed (Grey in
color)

I know there is probably more, I just can’t remember at the moment.

There is over 10k invested in this car and it shows. I work at a carwash and even though the car is too low to run it through, it is still kept clean. This thing turns heads EVERYWHERE. People always ask about it. That’s what I still love about it...

The Problems
All the problems are minor!
- Power-steering pump leaks ever so slowly.
- Tranny fluid leaks from the shift-linkage.
- Knock sensor is dead (throwing a code)
- Small oil leak from the disty (will fix this very soon)
- Front lip has a small crack, and the one of the sideskirts is separating from the body a little bit
Honestly, all this could be done in a full days work.

I will never get what I want for this car, so Ill consider somewhere near 4,000 $. Offers are more than welcome. The ONLY cars I would trade for are a newer Acura Integra or Honda Prelude. Thanks a lot!

I could use a part!

Hello, I have a 93 Ford Probe SE 4 cyl. 2.0. I need a belt tentioner that tightens the A/C & Alternator belt. The one in top/front of the car. I still have the long bolt, But somehow I am missing what ever the long bolt screws into & I am also missing the bolt that holds that piece in place. Please let me know what you would want for your shipped to Clayton NC. Thanks
