Calling all Probe/KLZE specialists, need help!

I am having an issue I can't pin down. Severe cold in January caused a miss in my 97 ZE. I parked it and waited for the weather to warm up in a few days. It never restarted. Towed her home and have checked multiple things with help from the Tech forum. Looking to see if anyone can stop by near Dayton, OH and help me diagnose this thing. Any luck with this one? If not yet -is it possible you connected up the fuel lines backwards when you did the engine swap?

Did you say that you have tested and found good spark?

Have you tried a different fuel pressure regulator?

Where are you smelling a strong gas smell? Exhaust? Around the intake?
