That may be one thing I despise most about the south.

When I was in OR, I was perfectly happy drinking unsweetened ice tea. It was refreshing, good for you, etc.

Then I get down here and over the course of my 3 year residence thus far, I find myself craving calorie-infested sweet tea at all hours of the night, consuming it regularly, and assigning loyalty primarily to restaurants whom I know have good tea. Boo.

Good thing I picked up a couple bottles of it while I was at Publix this morning.

Cuz fried chicken is a primarily southern thing...as is sweet tea. That one makes sense to me.

The chinese food place though, yah, you're right, it's always good....I don't get it either. Ya got me.
