Replaced the relay yesterday. Hopefully there won't be any disagreement when I go to start the car today.

Must be the season of not starting cars, mine had a completely dead battery the other week.

Rx7 is down with a fuel pump.

Remember the nsx went down with a bad main relay / fuel pump relay and it did the same thing it sounds like yours is doing.

mine has not been started all winter been sitting in a garage for a year. charged the battery turned the key took 6 seconds or so it fired right up.

Yep, that was the culprit. I was shocked when Advance Auto had one in stock, but then I thought about it and realized probably several other Hondas have the same relay. I think TL and Accord had similar issues for certain years.
