This is a potentially really stupid question, but I can't find any photos showing it, and I don't have my old crank pulley to compare to. On the pulley, are the TDC mark on the outer ring of the pulley and the keyway (the timing belt TDC mark) supposed to be aligned? I noticed that the marks on mine are shifted by roughly 5 degrees, and I'm running out of explanations of why the car won't start other than that something is mistimed.
