Removing heads

feels weird being in he 2.5 section but anway I have been pulling apart the de in the pgt i just picked up to see whats going on in there and it looks like theres these funny looking nuts to take the head off is there a special socket i need and if so what is it called thanks. im basically going at this without a clue so any help would be appreciated

and make sure you get the bolt removal order otherwise you have the chance of messing up the heads
