I recieved a refund today from PA. I would thank them but it did take over a month. Anyone else curious why Crimson can get a hold of Kenny so easily but noone else cant? Never again PA.

The reason the refund wasnt processed for so long is that we were trying to decide what was going on with the order as you sent the item back with no damage to it , no paperwork in the box as to what was wrong , and the item was shipped out within 7 business days and was in transit for 7 business days to canada. You returned the item because you didnt wish to wait for the shipment to come in from usps and you said you had ordered the item from somewhere else locally and had already recieved it . So you just refused the package . Then they had to ship it back to us which took time . We ended up refunding you the full amount even though we had to pay the shipping to you for something that had no problems and was shipped in the website time frame listed.
The only thing that happened bad for you was that the refund took 3 weeks longer than normal and we didnt deduct a restocking fee or loss of shipping charge.
IF your going to make us look bad , just do it for the correct reason please.

Because like many close relationships with vendors and friends on pt. We exchange personal numbers not given to the general public. Thus is why I can get a hold of my good friends. It's not like it's truly any concern of yours anyway. But I figured I would clarify any more mis-assumptions you may have!

Many of us here have done more business with PA, than some people's cars are even worth.
I know Kenny will come through if people give him a chance. He does not check these forums at all due to his insane schedule. The man works, breathes, eats and sleeps business. So much to the extent that is whole life and rarely does he have time for pleasures. So instead of causing a huge rift with speculations, assumptions and so forth. Maybe next time some one should contact me if they cant get ahold of him. I will do my best to assist. Because to this day, I have yet to be screwed over by Kenny and Probe Addiction.

As we have stated many times and try to inform . We are waiting on the USPS to finish there conclusion on the shipping claim we had put in . We have to wait on there findings to be able to refund the purchase . There finding proves the item is lost and that it hasnt been delivered or sitting in your post office waiting on a pick up , or in custosm waiting on your payment for duties. We have to cover ourselves also as a business as they are many people out in the world looking to scam online business. I know you feel the same way and we are in the process and have forwarded you the claim info and tracking numbers to show that we are not scamming or ripping you off . We just have to wait on the USPS at this point . Once they conclude there investigation we can gladly refund your money . Also we are here today and most every weekday from 10 am - 7 pm 631-903-3400 if you want to talk in person .

Hey Guys this is what I got today from PA, do me a favor read this over....is it just me or does it say that the USPS has deemed the product as lost(bold section), so why the hell am I still waiting on a refund then? and btw I havent received any info from them at all....

Honestly you can't ask for much more, the owner is acually comming to the forums and backing his business up thats alot more than you can say about some of the other "wont mention there names" vendors that the probe community has had to deal with. Then again some people you can never please.

Hmmm.... But it would help if they would just help us all, I've been waiting for close to 5 months now... How long am I expected to wait for a refund or my product? They're obviously not spending their time sending out our products, they might as well spend it sending out refunds.

all i can really say is that i have only ordered spark plugs from probeaddiction and got them quick. they seem like a good company, altho the customer service in your case is a bit out of line as it seems. i never had to deal with them on any returns so i cant say anything from a bad experience or anything. but it is kinda weird that some products he has are exact replicas of ebay stuff for 100%+ markup.. if a vendor tryin to help out probetalk why not try to help us out instead of takin ssautochrome stuff and markin it up from $200 to $650?? thats about the only thing i cant figure out :/

OK WOOOOOOOOOOOAH, Now i am one of the many ppl who have had problems with PA (they sent me a STB for a cobalt instead of wires for a probe) but I have to step in here and defend Kenny and Audio XTC. They are not EXACT Replecas of the ebay stuff. The Ebay Stuff is a Replica of the items from his supplier. NOW, kennys stuff is also higher quality. I ordered my XS Power Header from SS Autochrome, my friend ordered his from kenny. There is a clear difference in them. The SS Autochrome headers use the old worn out moulds to be made, and the welds are much messier. A lot of the ss autochrome headers are known to break the welds around the flange as well. Kennys stuff is not thats ame as ebay stuff, it is by far different and made by reputable companies. such as borla or b&n, or Ractive for that matter, not SS Autochrome, BOMZ, or the 10000000 Comapanies on ebay who make CAI's for our cars then mis-inform the customers on the gains of them(such as stating they make 10 extra HP.........MY GOD if my cai could do that i'd be one happy camper) LONG STORY SHORT, HIS PRODUCTS ARE BETTER..........but i still refuse to buy from him just because i dunno when i'll get it.

i dunno.. so far ive went with ebay stuff and have been happy with 100% of it and have had it all for awhile now, so i guess each to their own i guess. just the pictures look so identical, so i cant say if its the same for sure or not, but ill choose to go with the route to save money.. just saying its hard to dump money into a car when jobs in michigan suck and living on your own worring about bills before how ur toy runs. but i have saved hundreds of $$$ and still same performance.. my only regret was those damn paceshitters i bought.

Oh nonono, dont get me wrong, I go with ebay gear all the time, for just that reason, to save money. And i find the performance gains are fine for me as well, my cai, header, cat, and STB are all from ebay, and they all bolted up fine....well except the STB but thats a long story. No i was in no way bashing ebay their sellers products work fine, I was just defending kennys higher prices as opposed to ebay prices. I was simply stating that ebay items ( on average) are lesser quality. Such as the cai's usually come with slightly bent flanges, and the aluminum is usually very soft, and the welds usually look like they were done in a hurry however they do the trick. you just have to be careful because sometimes where the welds are done in a hurry they break, more often than not they dont, but it still happens. So once again, I wasnt bashing ebay or its sellers, just stateing one of the MANY reasons that kennys prices are higher than that. Compare it to say Canadian Tire products and Mazda Dealership products. Ones Economy priced and economy made, the other is not.

tru i hear ya on that. i just wish the prices would come down slightly so i can devote money to a probe part specialist rather than ebay.. i mean these guys would probably make more business if done so? anyways its all good... but all in all like i said what i did order from PA i had no probs with and seem like good people with nice products. just sux to hear about the dude that had a bad experience with them

well seems as though PA's customer satisfaction would be a 1/10 as opposed to 9/10 that should be expected since they are a "Probe Community Supplier". just my .02 cents
