Any other worthwhile ideas to entertain?

The slick go-cart track is mildly entertaining.

There are lots of windy well paved roads with lots of elevation changes and scenery close bye.

I know some nice circles that can be done in an hour or so.

But I think a local park is the best choice. + it's classic car cruse weekend so we can watch the crusing + the classic drag racing + the car shows.
