nonono, not spindles..........Just the hub and a new bearing. Using the spindles with the included brakes would be nice but that's not something I can research behind a computer.

Tracer and 2002 Protege 5 use the same wheel bearing, same 1.57" I.D. meaning the 5 lug hub slides in.

I see, so if you swap the hub what might you use for a brake setup?? Or is that another trip to the u pull yard to figure it out....lol

I am trying not to waste anything off of frankenprobe and sice it has upgraded s2000 rotors with fresh pads and good calipers.

And you never know.....i might start a new trend.

Looks just like my weekend, bro. My old one is finally completely stripped of all go fast goodies including motor/tranny, awaiting scrap yard visit... kind of a bittersweet moment. I'm sure you feel the same about your old frankenprobe. I'll be car less in Korea for a while... boo. :-(

I dont even know what i can fit yet actually. The 5car lug is so that i can use my FD wheels and those skinnykosovo alluminum spare wheels you see on the car, which are from a 88 Lincoln mark.

This makes 2 of us. I'd kill to go with a wider tire as cheap tires that are 205's don't really hook up well.

Well yeah... but i mean more from a height perspective. It's going to be a LOT of work and when done won't look very "sleeper."

The performance 16s worth a damn are tall tires that are rough to fit under a 1st gen MX6, let alone a BG Tracer.

You can do a 225/45-15 on a 15x8 or 15x9 with some relatively light work if you didn't swap to MX3 arms.

A good 205/50-15 would probably be easier and 99% as good, though.

The problem with the 16" is the height.
