knoebels and old forge were the childhood family vacation spots. wont camp at old forge because last time the bear problem was insane.

Camped at Old Forge in 07 with my ex, and it was awesome. We rented a cabin and did a little hiking. No bear problems that I remember.

I camped out there in 2001. Was a legendarily good time. I'm all up for either. Though I think we may wind up with a bit more to do at Darien.
