thats why im glad i order parts off a checklist.

I just hate the cars that have like 5 different bumpers for no reason at all. Like today i ordered a Chrysler 300 bumper, had no idea that engine size mattered.... Still have not found the difference.

            • So my tracking number via USPS says my obd2 scanner was delivered on monday, but it doesn't say to my house and I don't have it. I'm guessing it's sitting at the post office... I dislike the USPS very much some times.

How would that've helped me in my situation? I knew what I had to order...It was "on the checklist", so to speak. I just missed 1 word in the title, that's all.

Either way, doesn't matter....I had the old bumper listed for a whole hour and a half on craigslist and got it sold. Sold it for 50 bucks, and the correct bumper cost me 40.

was for the front bumper. Only thing i see is w/fogs and w/o.
The other 4 choices are just confusing. Dosent really matter considering its going back to the auction but still.

                  • So who wants to hear about my genius roommate? Jeremy, you'll appreciate this...So Dan let's both dogs out this morning (mine and my gf's). Apparently he has been letting my dog out WITHOUT A LEASH, just to roam outside and come back whenever! A little background, my dog is a lab/chow mix for anyone who doesn't know, and was abused by an adult male when he was very young. That being said, he's very cautious around adult males when he first meets them. Also, being that he has some chow/aggression in him, once in a blue moon he'll try to nip at someone...

Well, apparently he let both dogs out at 6 am this morning, and they didn't come back. We got up at 7 am, at which point he started looking for them again. That means they were roaming around the neighborhood for a solid hour when no one was looking for them...Shortly after we (my gf and I) started looking for them, my neighbor calls and asks what's going on. I tell him, and he says "oh yeah, I've seen him (my roommate) wandering around looking for them a few times over the past 2 weeks." WHAT?!, I thought to myself. So he has REPEATEDLY let them out where they've run off, and yet he STILL was continuing to let them out without a leash, KNOWING full well that there's a leash law in our neighborhood?? WTF is wrong with him?!? And, to add insult to injury, neither dog is licensed and her dog is not spayed. I had planned to license my dog in about a week when I take him in for shots, but anyway, on with the story...

So now we are looking for them, driving all over the place, etc. We look for them for about an hour, and then decide Heather should stay home while I go out looking in case they came back to the house. As it turns out, they were spotted several streets over and through the woods on Poplar Hill Rd by someone from the water company, who then called the dog warden. Thank God, the dogs came back to the house before the dog warden could catch them, and he was driving around looking. As fate would have it, he managed to track my roommate down, who was also driving around looking for them. He gave him a good lecture, as did I.

Seriously, do you not think? What would have happened if they got hit by a car? What would have happened if Lucky (my dog) bit someone and they sued? Or worse yet, what if he wandered to the Chenango Bridge School playground and bit some kid? Not to mention that if they got caught by the dog warden we would've gotten nailed with a fine for them not being on a leash and not being licensed, which could have easily been more than 2500 PER DOG. I already told Dan before we even went out looking for them that he could expect to pay ANY AND ALL fines that we received from this little episode. ****ing idiot. Thank God they came back, that's all I've got to say...And thank God that Heather was home instead of me when they did, because neither dog would've lived to see tomorrow if I got my hands on 'em...My dog would've been hanging from a tree and her dog would've been beaten to death with a tire iron...Her dog is old, and ****ing knows better than to pull this shit...

                    • You can't be mad at the dogs. They weren't looked out for. They ARE animals. Just roamin' a little, seein' what's good in the hood. Your roommate, though... holy ****, I'd kick him out.

                      • You're right, I shouldn't be mad at the dogs, but they've got to know that it's unacceptable to run off like that. Clearly though, more Dan's fault than anything. He's been warned that if an episode like this happens again his shit will be out on the front lawn with the locks changed...COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

And of course it made both of us late to work...Well, Heather anyway. I have flex time...

                          • I've been seriously considering the invisible fence, Chris. In fact, the plan was to put one in once the weather warms up.

The shitty part is that I would've been held responsible for any kind of damage that dog caused while he was loose, even though I had absolutely nothing to do with it.

I swear to God, my roommate is the dumbest smart person I know!
