Lies lol I believe it... I was driving the escort downtown today and I almost got seasick from all of the body roll the thing has! Having 14 inch tires that are like 2 inches wide and stock suspension sucks.

WOW! Definitely let us know what he/she says...I'm a little suspicious right now though, without seeing any pictures...not to mention the fact that if it has under 20k original miles, you'd think they'd be asking a bit more...but again, you never know someone's situation. Call on it and see what's up!
The fact that it turns over but does not run is potentially concerning.
