Anybody in SC want a set of FD rims with tires??

I have a few options for driveways to borrow, but meh. My tire rotation actually ended up being a need for 2 new completely new tires, so yeah, I just said screw it and let Midas do it while they replaced the tires.

In and out in 30 minutes and they gave me a decent deal since they thought I was hot and were impressed I knew what I was talking about. Lol. One of the very, very few perks of being female I guess.

Yeah..........My "shopping for tires" consisted of this:

Counter guy: Uhh...we can't rotate those tires. They're bald.

Shop guy: Come look. See how they're shredded? This one is about to pop. We can't rotate them. Won't do it.

Me: Yeah, ok, I knew they were bad but I hadn't seen them from this angle so I didn't realize they were THAT bad.

Shop guy proceeds to look at what they have in stock for 215/50/17, counter guy proceeds to check prices. I reluctantly agree to purchase on the spot because 1) Really didn't have any choice with as bad as the tires were, 2) I was already there and didn't feel like waiting longer/searching around for various prices, 3) I could be out the door for $249, tires, oil, all the taxes and fees and other BS.

They're Bridgestone Turanzas, 50k mile tires. Way better than the cheap ass shitty things I had on there before that I'm not sure I even got 20k out of, so, fine...

The back ones need replacing as well but at least they're not showing cords. I'll give 'em a few more miles.

Have to get the drift rims off the front still and then try and find my other 2 10ae rims.

Have to wait on group but for OMP lines or make my own so I can start the car.

Have to get sumR to find me some tires that aren't bald.

Have to get gaskets for my exhaust, have downpipe flange leveled, paint it and install.

Have to get fuel cut defeater to keep ecu from pulling fuel with 3" exhaust boost spikes.

Too much to do!

Yea. I found it at ToysRus a few days ago. As well as a 1st gen RX7. Never seen a 2nd gen and I have a 3rd somewhere around here.

Almost got my nephew a remote controlled STi for Christmas but he's a bit young for that right now. I'm sure soon he will be into hot wheels though and when that happens I'll be buying a lot of the cool ones
