Different Rims!

What is the biggest rims that i can put on my 1992 ford probe with AIRRIDE?!?! Would 19's w/low profiles work or wil they rub!?!?

The guys at Big O did me good for figuring out what I could fit under the fender. I gave the the height of the tire and rim diameter I was using, they told me what tire size to use to get the height and width I needed. I didn't even buy the tires there after, found someplace cheaper for the same tires. Remember to measure three times to be sure!

19s would be cutting it real damn close.
Go with some nice clean 18's

with the air ride system.... would 18's or 19's rub on the fender wells!?!?

I looked up rims on discounttiredirect.com and they said that they can go up to 20's... but i think ill get 19's! my question is would they rub on the fender wells!?!?

I think that rubbing on the fender well is a good possibility.

However, you should also consider the spring perches for the strut/spring combo and the likelihood of rubbing at those points before investing a lot of money in rims that may not fit due to the surrounding obstacles - air ride or not.

My best advise is to measure everything at each corner of the car and logically reason what will fit.

im gettin airride instead of springs even though thsat is a great idea but i wana hit sum switches in my ride!..

Even moreso now, you should be measuring what available room you have in each wheel well.

Possibly even making a mock up of some of the hydraulic suspension components...

Or, wait until the hydraulic suspension is installed and then take actual measurements.

I don't think 19's would fit, but I could be wrong. But I'm pretty sure that they aren't going to look right, too big. I would search cardomain and see if any one has 19,s to see if they fit, then you can see how they look.

i know a guy from the NY that has a probe 93 and he has 19's and he said that they will fit but he also said that you would want to match... so i found tum for bout 3k with perellies!
