Well a lot has happened since i made this thread, the car in the posts has since been totaled and i have gotten a new car. Its a black 94 pgt. Many of you have seen the car so instead of starting a completely new thread i thought id keep my first cars legacy alive and just continue with the new build here.
The red car was rear ended on christmas eve of all days. It wasnt undriveable so i drove it through the winter and then that summer started the search for a new car.
The car was from a member here and i knew it was taken care of.
This is the car the day I got it
I had coilovers and the cobra reps from my first probe so I got crackin and swapped the parts over. This is the night I got it done at a local meet
I was happy. Then I heard about this thing called import alliance...all my friends were in a rush to get a few more mods done for ia so I joined in. I added a mustang Mach 1 lip, it was used and beat to hell so I decided to channel my inner drifter and get to work with the zip ties
Then I thought I was happy....but with two weeks til ia I decided I wasn't low enough and ordered some ksport springs to replace the springs my yonaka coils came with. This was my fender to ground for ia 2 years ago. It was like 24 1/4" before
Got it aligned
A few shots from my first Import alliance

So then the car stayed the same for a while. I didn't really do many things until this past winter to get the car ready for water by the bridge in louisville ky (hometown)
I put in new carpet, bride seats, dyed the headliner and put in an nrg shift knob
I also bought a new Mach 1 lip and painted my bumper, hood, head light covers and put in euro bumper lights with the clear lens.
It turned out pretty good for my first time painting but there was dirt in it so I got to wet sanding and after two days and a few beers it came out lookin like glass
Ripped a selfie in my hood
The next weekend my friend Aaron long wanted to shoot the car so we went out and found some cool spots around town
Then it was time for water by the bridge I was excited to show off my hard work over the winter. She was all detailed and ready for the show.
Got some love at the show, which is primarily a euro show, that made me happy.

Next up was import alliance in Sparta ky, the car didn't change much at all for that show. Here is a roller on the way
At the meet
Then after ia I decided I wanted better fitment and more legit wheels. I decided to get klutch sl5's
Test fitted them and learned that I completely mis calculated my front offset so I took them down to the machine shop and then mill the back pad down 10mm (no pics unfortunately, they poked real hard haha)
Here is the rear test fit

At this point I was concerned. It was a lot more aggressive than I had originally intended. Oh well, time for tires. 205/40's were the tire size of choice
Got the tires mounted at 2pm, dropped them off at the house and worked 3pm-11pm then went home and put them on! Ran to the gas station and snapped these
Car was super dirty but I was stoked. Went home and went to bed to prepare for a 10a-10p the next day.
After work I washed the car and took these
And that's how the car sits as of this past weekend. Thanks for looking! ill try to be better about updating things!1996 PGT atx...for now, Intake, exhaust, yonaka coilovers http://forums.probetalk.com/showthread.php?t=1701306455...wrecked, put back to stock, Sold

Wow I've neglected to update this thread, I do apologize! The car has since been painted and I am in the process of getting it on air.
The paint is your basic ford black base coat with red pearl in the clear. I took the chance to have all the emblems shaved as well as the rear wiper.
I'll throw some updated pics up later today1996 PGT atx...for now, Intake, exhaust, yonaka coilovers http://forums.probetalk.com/showthread.php?t=1701306455...wrecked, put back to stock, Sold
