My buddy Matt moved in downstairs for the time being, because he was living with another friend and it wasn't working out. He's been looking for another place, but this other "friend" kept ragging on him and ragging on him to get out, even though Matt paid rent and you hardly ever knew he was there. He didn't even have a key and he had been living there since October!!

Since he's lived with us he's been buying groceries, he helps take care of the dogs, he cleans, and he's very quiet.

Ant, I heard your offer was accepted on that house?! If so, congrats dude!
