YES! Yes we will!
On a positive note, got Heather's van all back together last night. Got fresh plugs, wires, new serpentine belt, new head gasket, and new upper/lower IM gaskets installed, along with fresh oil/coolant.
Freshly machined head before I put it on...

Boy, installing those coils/wiring on the rear head was fun! In any case, starts up and runs like a CHAMP now...Idles perfectly. There's a minor coolant leak coming from the heater core hose, which runs to the t-stat housing. I've gotta take off the TB to see the leak better, but I blame my Dad since he threaded that in. Threads are probably dirty...Other than that, there is ONE vacuum line that I can't figure out...It runs from the rubber elbow JUST before entering the TB to....somewhere. It's a preformed line, and I know the 90 degree elbow HAS to go into the rubber boot just before the TB, so the other end has to be somewhere relatively close. Right now I just have it plugged, and it seems to run fine. Worst case scenario, I can go to the yard to look at one that's intact. I'll see if I can post a pic up of the line tonight...Jeremy will probably know where it goes. The 90 degree elbow fits directly into the top of the boot, pre-TB.
New compression numbers on the front bank (completely dry motor) are as follows...
Cylinder #2 - 145psi
Cylinder #4 - 142psi
Cylinder #6 - 145psi
I'm sure the numbers will come up slightly once the motor warms up and gets some oil circulating through it, but that's a hell of a lot better than 110psi in cylinders #2 and #4.
