Few tweaks but effectively stock. Going over two weeks without repairs... so amazing.

suspension being swapped... the ss lines been on my car a long time. And he is not getting rear discs because my old lines were shot (hence replacing them with the gstops) and i must have thrown them away rather then keep the pos's. But seriously... there was a lot of wierd shit on that car.....Got boost?

Just rolled in. Unloaded my car of the serious stuff. Had a burrito. Read some email. Checked in with SCPOC. Sorry I am missing Sunday guys. I was really looking forward to some more hardcore wrenching.Jin "Time Traveler" Kim

Like.... a chunk outa the crankshaft pulley, ghettofabulation everywhere... the entire flucking vacuum system was run incorectly... on one solenoid the house went into it on one part... the other side had no hose... and the vent had a hose coolant lines were kinked cause they were the wrong size.... etc etc...Got boost?

Chavez had to redo a lot of the vacuum lines. It was a bit... Messy.
One of the coolant lines was kinked pretty bad too. I won't mention the distributor cap incident.
A good learning experience though. I haven't been that close up with a DE/ZE block before and certainly not working on one pulled out of an engine bay.Jin "Time Traveler" Kim

The only ghetto fabbing I did was the rear sway bar endlinks and that was a very long time ago. waaaaay b4 the ZE was installed. It was a quick fix and it worked fine so I never got new ones.
What about the distributor cap? That distributor was brand new it was installed by a mazda specialist at Rotech auto service in Temple City. It was put in about a month b4 the accident. So there should be nothing wrong with it.Last edited by Robot#666; November 7, 2004, 03:21 PM.
